  • Create a strong leadership rhythm that balances pace, governance, and adaptability.

Who you are

  • Skilled leader with a history of guiding large sales teams to consistently exceed targets.

  • Self‑motivated and independent thinker, passionate about leading teams and driving best practices for commercial success.
  • Proven experience leading senior sales leaders (manager‑of‑managers) within a complex B2B environment.
  • Track record of influencing through credibility and relationship, rather than positional authority.
  • Highly capable coach who uses coaching to shift behaviour, mindset and leadership impact at scale.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity, pushback, and competing priorities.
  • Data‑confident leader who uses insight to drive decisions, not just report outcomes.
  • Self‑aware, adaptable leadership style - able to dial up challenge or listening as the situation demands.
