This role sits within our Estate Agency (EA) business, where our partners are at the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to helping them succeed in an increasingly competitive market.
What you'll do:
- Proactively contact a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build, and maintain relationships via phone and video (MS Teams) across the Scotland patch.
- Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and present and close with relevant and bespoke solutions.
- Interpret and explain partners’ performance data through storytelling to add value and demonstrate ROI.
- Achieve weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements, including telephone and virtual meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
- Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to partners.
- Identify and conduct relevant product and service training with partners to support the relationship.
- Be the main point of contact to answer partner queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions.
- Record information in relevant databases and ensure CRMs are kept up to date.
- Liaise with internal teams to build strong internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for partners.
- Regularly share learnings with colleagues and key internal stakeholders to enhance service and product offerings.
- Prepare and plan your partner base, including weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
