Location: London office / Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Reporting to: Senior Product Manager

Typical Week

  • Manage ownership and monitoring of product and functionality using objectives and KPIs.
  • Create and validate business cases, defining opportunity, costs, and benefits.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve customer or consumer experience.
  • Initiate analysis to highlight impacts on systems or business processes.
  • Lead experience discovery with Product Designers and Researchers to define approach.
  • Collaborate with UX specialists and visual designers to redesign existing experiences or create new ones.
  • Stay informed of industry insights and understand customer motivations.
  • Work with engineers and technical architects to understand technology limits and development options.
  • Own requirements definition and delivery of solutions across initiatives.
  • Maintain a backlog of improvements and prioritise them with senior managers.
  • Help shape strategic direction, vision, and objectives for mortgages in alignment with broader Apps priorities.

Qualifications

  • Lead product discovery, delivering clear recommendations.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end software products in a technology-led company.
  • Take responsibility for a product and deliver it with an autonomous team.
  • Make data-driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Passionate about delivering quality user experience and software to end users.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; able to multitask and make tough calls.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
  • Set and measure realistic, timely goals.
