Responsibilities
- Own and deliver operational plans, performance MI and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services – Referencing, Insurance products and Tenant Services.
- Play a key role in the Rental Services Leadership team, steering discussions and decisions with data, insight and operational certainty.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
- Lead the operational elements of new tech deployment and product‑related evolutions across the business.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities through process change and better insight.
- Monitor KPIs and generate insights through effective data management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise business operations.
- Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
- Align operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
- Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritised in decision making.
Qualifications
- A commercially minded individual contributor who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
