Overview

Rightmove is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the RLTS (Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services) Sales team. You will onboard new and existing Rightmove partners who have purchased the Lead to Keys product to ensure a smooth transition and product retention. You will train agents, ensure they use all features, and deliver excellent service. Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Account Managers to drive retention and growth for all Lead to Keys partners.
  • Present training to large groups online via Teams/Zoom as needed.
  • Own a designated book of customers for the full on-boarding lifecycle.
  • Position Rent Guarantee products to new Lead to Keys users within the first 4 months of go-live and refer opportunities to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for product improvement and provide regular feedback to the product team.
  • Analyse data to support retention and growth plans for individual partners.
  • Maintain a CRM database of customers.
  • Attend departmental and full sales team meetings.
