Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid model; office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Event planning & delivery
    • Plan and deliver Rightmove’s presence across a variety of events - from our own seminars and partner conferences to major trade shows and hospitality experiences.
    • Own and support end-to-end event logistics - from venue sourcing and supplier management through to smooth, on-the-day delivery.
    • Manage key event deliverables including creative briefs, artwork, delegate communications, staffing requirements and timelines - ensuring everything stays on track.
    • Ensure Rightmovers attending or supporting events are well briefed, prepared and set up for success.
  • Digital & content support
    • Support our online activity, including live webinars and filming days for recorded training and qualification content.
    • Curate and manage live audience questions during webinars, helping to keep sessions engaging, relevant and on track (full training provided).
    • Support on-location filming days by coordinating speakers and guests, managing logistics and working alongside production teams to review content.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Creative Studio, PR, social, CRM and marketing to bring events to life.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and strategic partners to ensure the Rightmove brand is represented professionally and consistently.
  • Continuous improvement & creativity
    • Contribute ideas that elevate the experience - always looking for ways to improve and bring the Rightmove “wow” factor to life.
    • Track budgets and monitor spend across multiple events, ensuring activity stays aligned to plan.
    • Measure success by evaluating performance, reporting on key metrics and understanding what great looks like before each event.
    • Constantly look for ways to raise the bar - testing new approaches, learning from experience and improving each event.
