Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen. We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.

As a Contracts Coordinator at the UK’s leading property portal, you will play a key role in supporting our New Homes, Commercial, Overseas and Rental Operator Partners alongside our internal Account Managers through Partner contractual process changes, ensuring a smooth and high quality experience. This is a phone and process based role, where you will handle incoming contracts and calls from Partners and Account Managers, guiding them through contract updates, product activations, and invoicing queries. Other internal teams you’ll also work closely with include Design, Datafeed, and Internal Systems, to ensure seamless product delivery.

Your day to day will involve managing contract adjustments, processing Partner requests, and ensuring accuracy in revenue related tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple processes efficiently will be key. If you’re proactive, enjoy speaking with Partners, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with Account Management teams to deliver agreed outcomes from Partner meetings, proactively managing Partner orders and conducting outbound calls to obtain required assets and information, ensuring timely end-to-end contract case handling, improving resolution times, and freeing up Account Manager capacity.
  • Working with Sales on large Partner tasks outside of usual day to day workload, to support our Partners with higher revenue based contractual changes.
  • Helping work towards the agreed team objectives (the team OKR’s) that contribute to the wider Rightmove mission.
  • Ensuring that any changes to Partner packages and products are completed accurately first time, helping towards the team mission of reducing Partner credits.
  • Supporting Media Agencies and our Purchase Order process with the use of reporting and administration, ensuring purchase orders for payment are all accounted for and chased in on time.
  • Occasionally joining showcases to support new products, services and tools that will benefit our Partners, and sharing back learnings to the team.
  • Supporting our Invoicing team with inbound calls and tasks at peak points in the month, to ensure our Partners receive an efficient level of service within all aspects of their journey with us.
  • Working across multiple business units and processing functions, flexing between aligned tasks based on demand and volume fluctuations, moving beyond a single specialism to support wider team priorities.
  • Providing daily flexible support to wider Customer Experience teams by assisting with phone lines and workload tasks as needed, ensuring consistent coverage and responsiveness across teams.

Who you are:

  • You take ownership and accountability, ensuring accuracy and high standards so it’s right the first time for our Partners.
  • You apply sound judgment, take responsibility, and build trust through reliable and efficient work.
  • You actively engage and contribute, showing up in meetings, training, and team discussions to foster collaboration.
  • You’re flexible and open to supporting other parts of the processing team or wider Customer Experience when needed.
  • You focus on growth and development, always looking to expand your knowledge and problem solving skills.
  • You take ownership of queries, seek solutions, and are comfortable finding answers from across Rightmove for more bespoke requests.
  • You help build a supportive and inclusive team culture, recognising achievements, celebrating success, and encouraging team spirit while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business, and embracing a 360 feedback culture by openly giving and receiving constructive feedback to support individual and team growth.
  • You are a clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, capable of building strong relationships with Partners and internal teams.
  • You set expectations effectively and ensure transparency in all interactions.
  • You have strong organisation and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • With solid IT skills, including Excel, Word, and CRM systems, you work efficiently and adapt to evolving processes.
