To help us do that, we're hiring a Senior Corporate Development Manager to join our team. In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, Chief Strategy Officer, and executive leadership to shape and execute Rightmove’s long-term growth agenda. You will lead the evaluation of high impact growth opportunities and strategic priorities, identifying the optimal strategic pathway across organic build, strategic partnerships, minority investments, acquisitions and portfolio optimisation. Drive senior stakeholder engagement and orchestrate all steps of the transaction lifecycle across strategic rationale, market screening, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and deal execution with external advisors and internal cross functional teams Integration and Value Creation Strategy: Own the post-acquisition integration framework to ensure synergies and commercial objectives are delivered Market intelligence and ecosystem radar: Develop deep expertise in the Proptech landscape through market research and building relationships with the external community (founders, industry experts, VCs and advisors) What you'll have 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Development (preferably within digital marketplaces, software, tech or media) or Strategy Consulting (with CDD or similar experience) Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and undertake sound strategic analysis using hypothesis-based problem solving Excellent analytical capability with the ability to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis (including data analysis and financial modelling) Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to craft executive level presentations to credibly engage with a variety of senior stakeholders Experience across multiple parts of the transaction lifecycle from sourcing through to integration Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team: equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executing core analytical and presentation deliverables About RightmoveOur vision is to give everyone the belief that they can make their move.
