This is a role within our growing team of CRM experts with the mission to inspire belief at the right time, in the right place, to the right person, in everything we do. By leveraging our database, you'll be focused on developing, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns and automated journeys to our Consumers audience. The CRM Executive will work closely with the Consumer Marketing, Brand Design, Product, Internal Systems, and Customer Support teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to execute digital marketing campaigns that deliver against business objectives and provide the best possible customer journey.
  • Own and optimise automated journeys and multi-step Canvas campaigns in Braze, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests to improve messaging, send times, and conversion rates.
  • Manage the CRM calendar and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely briefs and smooth campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams beyond Brand, Design, and Product (including App), Internal Systems, and Customer Support, to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective.
  • Challenge and optimise communication briefs, identifying opportunities to increase conversion (including retention, upsell, and legally required campaigns).
  • Work with the CRM Manager and Technical CRM Manager to create effective audience segments.
  • Build and code emails in Dreamweaver using pre-built modules, with opportunities to develop HTML and CSS skills and become an email-building expert.
  • Own the QA and proofing process, carrying out rigorous testing to ensure the highest-quality and most effective campaign delivery.
  • Demonstrate the impact of your work by measuring results and reporting on key campaign metrics, working closely with the CRM Analyst to dig deep into performance.

You’ll need:

  • Experience with a marketing automation tool such as Braze preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience using Photoshop, but not essential.
  • Experience with coding emails in HTML & CSS is not essential, but a keenness to learn and troubleshoot is.
  • Ability to own multiple projects at one time, shifting focus and changing priorities to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • To be a self-starter. You can plan a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps and hitting every deadline.
  • To be data-driven and marketing focused, keen to learn about data models & getting the best out of our database.
