This role sits within our Estate Agency (EA) business, where our partners are at the heart of what we do, and we're committed to helping them succeed in an increasingly competitive market. The role covers the following postcodes: DN, HU, LN & PE.

As an Account Manager, you'll work face-to-face with our partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and supporting them with the tools, insights and strategies they need to grow. You'll build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking out opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as a team. You'll work closely with other Account Managers, and report into the Area Director on the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Be the trusted partner: Meet partners face‐to‐face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success.
  • Grow your portfolio: Manage and develop a high volume portfolio of EA accounts approx. 120 branches (85‐90% account management and 5‐10% new business), taking a strategic, field‐based approach to maximise opportunities across the patch.
  • Demonstrate resilience in challenging situations: Approach challenging conversations with confidence and empathy, balancing firmness with fairness to achieve positive outcomes for both partners and Rightmove.
  • Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions, highlight growth opportunities, and demonstrate the value of Rightmove's products in a way that works for every Partner.
  • Drive success together: Create account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run performance reviews that empower Partners to achieve their goals.
  • Be solutions‐focused: Resolve queries quickly and effectively, always keeping fairness, trust, and transparency at the heart of what you do.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and clear reporting.
  • Innovate inclusively: Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools that help all partners thrive, and share ideas that push the industry forward.
