Position Overview

As an Account Manager within the Estate Agency (EA) business, you will work face‐to‐face with partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and supporting them with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to grow. You will build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests. This role covers postcodes PO and BN.

Package: £40,000 - £50,000 plus 15k OTE, a company car and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Meet partners face‐to‐face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success.
  • Manage and develop a high volume portfolio of EA accounts (≈120 branches), taking a strategic, field‐based approach to maximise opportunities across the patch.
  • Approach challenging conversations with confidence and empathy, balancing firmness with fairness to achieve positive outcomes for both partners and Rightmove.
  • Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions, highlight growth opportunities, and demonstrate the value of Rightmove's products in a way that works for every partner.
  • Create account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run performance reviews that empower partners to achieve their goals.
  • Resolve queries quickly and effectively, always keeping fairness, trust and transparency at the heart of what we do.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing and clear reporting.
  • Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools that help all partners thrive, and share ideas that push the industry forward.
  • Represent Rightmove with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while helping to build an environment where everyone feels they belong.

  • Experience in B2B sales: face‐to‐face sales experience, managing accounts and growing revenue.

Compensation

£40,000 - £50,000 base salary plus £15k OTE, a company car and benefits.
