  • Foster a healthy engineering culture: Promote shared standards, continuous learning, and a collaborative environment where teams feel ownership and pride in their work.

  • Helping build a strong team through thoughtful hiring and inclusive leadership.

  • Balance delivery and platform health: Partner with product leaders to deliver at pace, while addressing technical debt and ensuring long-term maintainability.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships: Help bridge gaps between engineering and other parts of the business, ensuring shared understanding and effective collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced product-focused tech environment.
  • A pragmatic approach to technology strategy, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
  • A commitment to developing people and creating an inclusive, supportive team culture.
  • A clear understanding of how engineering contributes to business outcomes, and the ability to keep teams focused on what matters most.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, solving complex problems, and helping others succeed. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
