We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team of Marketing CRM experts on a fixed-term basis. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely data preparation for digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams & systems to source, validate, and format data before loading it into Adobe Campaign – unlocking the power of triggered campaigns to deliver value to those who pay to advertise on Rightmove.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather data from various internal systems and teams across Rightmove according to specifications or existing reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data in the correct format
- Review incoming data for errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies before processing
- Use basic Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, MATCH) to structure and format data files as required
- Upload prepared data into Adobe Campaign accurately:itemize
Who You Are
- Experience working with managing and loading data
- Basic Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and MATCH functions
- The organisational skills to manage multiple streams of data entry, ensuring successful and timely uploads based on optimal timeframes throughout the month
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
