Join Rightmove’s Rental Services team as our Rental Services Data Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving efficiency, forecasting resources, and enhancing performance through data insights. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help shape operational strategies that align with our wider business goals, ensuring we continue to lead the market in rental services. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services.
  • Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
  • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business operations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
  • Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making.

  • A commercially minded analyst who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
