Why Rightmove New Homes: Rightmove New Homes is the UK’s leading marketplace for new-build properties. We provide developers with a platform to showcase homes to a wide audience of active buyers, supported by targeted marketing, data insights and performance tools. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to developers - helping them maximise visibility, understand performance and generate high-quality leads. It’s a fast-paced, commercial environment where you can directly impact partner success and revenue growth.
Role Overview: This is a field-based sales role suited to a commercially driven individual who thrives on winning new business, growing accounts and delivering results. Success comes from building strong face-to-face relationships, identifying opportunities and helping partners get maximum value from their investment with Rightmove. You’ll manage your own territory with a high degree of autonomy, balancing new business, account growth and pipeline management while maintaining strong organisation and follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong, in-person relationships with customers across your territory
- Win new business through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals
- Identify and convert upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation through to negotiation and close
- Use market insight and performance data to influence and guide customer decisions
- Manage your territory effectively, prioritising activity to drive revenue and engagement
- Ensure customers clearly see value from their investment through regular engagement and data-led insights
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM, progressing opportunities with pace and discipline
- Deliver against revenue, retention and activity targets while maintaining a strong customer experience

- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning and growing accounts
- Comfortable working in a field-based role, building relationships face-to-face
- Commercially focused, with the ability to use data to shape customer conversations
