Overview

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

You will contribute to the overall success of the RLTS (Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services) Sales team by onboarding new and existing Rightmove partners who have purchased our Lead to Keys product to ensure a smooth transition and the retention of the product as part of their package. The role will involve carrying out training with these agents, ensuring they are using all the features available to them and, most importantly, that they really love the service they receive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with the Sales team and Account Managers to drive retention and growth for all Lead to Keys partners.
  • Presenting training to large groups when needed online via Teams/Zoom etc.
  • Ownership of a designated book of specific customers for the full onboarding lifecycle.
  • Positioning our Rent Guarantee products to all new Lead to Keys users in the first 4 months of go live and referring opportunities to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the product and provide feedback on a regular basis to the product team.
  • Analyse data to help with retention & growth plans for individual partners.
  • Maintain a CRM database of your customers.
  • Attend departmental and full sales team meetings.
