Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. We aim to make moving simpler, by giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for access to the tools, expertise, trust, and belief to make it happen. We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.

We’re looking for a brilliant content creator and confident presenter who can turn insight into compelling, practical stories that help estate and letting agents win. Experience of the property industry is essential. This is not a traditional training role. It’s about understanding the property industry, identifying what matters most to agents right now, and bringing those insights to life through engaging content, standout presentations and memorable learning experiences.

You’ll be a key voice of Rightmove in the industry - equally comfortable writing high-impact content, shaping narratives from data and insight, and delivering it on stage, on camera or in a room full of agents. Working across our seminar programme, events and training platforms, you’ll create and deliver content that doesn’t just inform - it inspires action, helps our partners navigate change, and ultimately drives their business success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Stay ahead of the game by identifying opportunities to support our partners through industry challenges, changing consumer behaviour and new legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry bodies and influential internal and external stakeholders to shape insight, content and direction.
  • Take ownership of Rightmove’s seminar programme - leading its direction, content development and ongoing evolution.
  • Write, develop and deliver new and engaging training and qualification content, while keeping existing content accurate, fresh and relevant.
  • Be at home on a stage, on camera or in front of a room of eager learners, delivering presentations and training at Rightmove seminars, third-party events and partner-hosted events, and webinars both in person and online.
  • Source, brief and manage guest speakers where appropriate, including responsibility for associated budgets, ensuring speakers and content meet the high standards our partners expect from Rightmove.
  • Play a key role in driving improvement, innovation and engagement across our seminar, training and qualification programmes - bringing ideas, momentum and ambition.
  • Work closely with guest speakers across events and presentations to ensure content is on brief, on message and delivers against clear objectives.
  • Work with teams across marketing including: brand design, social, PR, consumer marketing, CRM and events to deliver on your strategies and plans to optimise the partner experience and engagement.

Who you are:

  • You love turning complex ideas into compelling stories, and you care deeply about whether content actually lands.
  • Owning multiple projects at one time, delivering in a fast-moving agile environment.
  • Planning a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps, hitting deadlines, and hitting team and personal KPIs.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills, and the ability to both create and work to a clear brief.
  • Insight-driven, curious, and budget-conscious, with an ability to meld all three together to deliver against objectives; asking questions to uncover the true objective of projects to identify and deliver the right solution.
  • Combining the creative with the analytical - digging deep into data and research insights to tell compelling stories.
  • Presenting — whether that’s on stage, in front of the camera, online or face to face — and consistently landing the key messages while engaging a crowd.
  • Writing and shaping content, from creating your own to supporting others to bring theirs to life.
  • Experimenting with AI and actively using it to make your work more efficient and effective.
  • Comfortable with responsibility and motivated by making things that matter happen.
  • Thinking creatively and pushing ideas further to give our training a distinctive Rightmove “wow” factor.
  • Engaging with people at all levels of the business — technical and non‑technical, senior leaders and operational teams alike.
  • Curious and questioning, always looking for ways to improve, evolve and raise the bar.
  • A true team player, willing to muck in to support the wider marketing team and Rightmove as a whole.
  • Energised by the realities of events and education — from occasional heavy lifting and late finishes to overnight stays — and bringing passion and positivity to everything you do.
  • Happy to travel as part of the role, attending events at least once a month (a current UK driving licence would be an advantage).
  • Collaborating with the team, joining us every Tuesday and Wednesday in our Milton Keynes office with additional travel to our London office when needed.
  • Strong experience in training and development of content. Experience within the property industry is highly desirable.
