Reporting to: Head of Events and Education

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. We’re looking for an organised, creative Events Executive who loves bringing ideas to life and making every detail count. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality B2B events that create genuine impact for our partners - from large industry conferences to smaller, more personal experiences. If you enjoy juggling multiple projects, working with a wide range of people and adding that extra spark that makes an event unforgettable, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Event planning & delivery: Plan and deliver Rightmove’s presence across a variety of events - from our own seminars and partner conferences to major trade shows and hospitality experiences. Own and support end-to-end event logistics - from venue sourcing and supplier management through to smooth, on-the-day delivery. Manage key event deliverables including creative briefs, artwork, delegate communications, staffing requirements and timelines - ensuring everything stays on track. Ensure Rightmovers attending or supporting events are well briefed, prepared and set up for success.
  • Digital & content support: Support our online activity, including live webinars and filming days for recorded training and qualification content. Curate and manage live audience questions during webinars, helping to keep sessions engaging, relevant and on track (full training provided). Support on-location filming days by coordinating speakers and guests, managing logistics and working alongside production teams to review content.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Creative Studio, PR, social, CRM and marketing to bring events to life. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and strategic partners to ensure the Rightmove brand is represented professionally and consistently.
  • Continuous improvement & creativity: Contribute ideas that elevate the experience - always looking for ways to improve and bring the Rightmove “wow” factor to life. Track budgets and monitor spend across multiple events, ensuring activity stays aligned to plan. Measure success by evaluating performance, reporting on key metrics and understanding what great looks like before each event. Constantly look for ways to raise the bar - testing new approaches, learning from experience and improving each event.

Who you are

  • You’re someone who takes pride in delivering brilliant experiences and making things happen - with the right balance of organisation and creativity.
  • Highly organised and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clear communicator who can work to both a brief and a budget.
  • Naturally curious - asking the right questions to understand objectives and deliver the best outcomes.
  • Comfortable taking ownership while working collaboratively with a wider team.
  • Creative and proactive, with a desire to try new ideas and continuously improve.
  • Confident working with people at all levels, from senior leaders to operational teams.
  • Commercially aware, with experience tracking budgets and understanding impact.
  • Results-focused, able to measure success and report on outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment - from on-site delivery to occasional late finishes and travel.
  • Interested in exploring tools like AI to improve efficiency and ways of working.
