We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. This role sits within our Estate Agency (EA) business, where our partners are at the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to helping them succeed in an increasingly competitive market.

As an Account Manager, you’ll work face-to-face with our partners, building strong relationships, understanding their business challenges, and supporting them with the tools, insights and strategies they need to grow. You’ll build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking out opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests.

The role covers the following postcodes: DN, HU, LN & PE.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as a team. You’ll work closely with other Account Managers, and report into the Area Director on the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Be the trusted partner: Meet partners face-to-face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success.
  • Grow your portfolio: Manage and develop a high volume portfolio of EA accounts approx. 120 branches (85-90% account management and 5-10% new business), taking a strategic, field based approach to maximise opportunities across the patch.
  • Demonstrate resilience in challenging situations: Approach challenging conversations with confidence and empathy, balancing firmness with fairness to achieve positive outcomes for both partners and Rightmove.
  • Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions, highlight growth opportunities, and demonstrate the value of Rightmove’s products in a way that works for every Partner.
  • Drive success together: Create account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run performance reviews that empower Partners to achieve their goals.
  • Be solutions-focused: Resolve queries quickly and effectively, always keeping fairness, trust, and transparency at the heart of what you do.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and clear reporting.
  • Innovate inclusively: Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools that help all partners thrive, and share ideas that push the industry forward.
  • Live our values: Represent Rightmove with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while helping to build an environment where everyone feels they belong.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in B2B sales: You have face-to-face sales experience, managing accounts and growing revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships: You create meaningful connections at all levels, ensuring your approach is consultative and every partner feels heard, supported and valued.
  • Turn data into action: You analyse performance, spot trends, and translate insights into strategies that drive results.
  • Stay organised and curious: You’re always asking thoughtful questions, pushing for continuous improvement, and sparking innovation.
  • Bring solutions, not problems: You’re proactive, take ownership and deliver outcomes that make a real difference.
  • Bring a growth mindset: You’re self-aware, celebrating your strengths and successes while being open to feedback and growth.
