About the role: Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers. Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Generate new business opportunities. Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner. Provide quotes and process orders. Keep all customer records updated and accurate. Hit agreed-upon KPIs. Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines. About you: Sales experience is essential for this role. Telephone sales experience is desired. Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills. Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude. Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop. Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry. What we offer: Base salary of £25,000 – £27,000 pa, depending on experience. Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs. OTE of circa £45-50k in year 1, £60-80k in year 2, and £100k plus in year 3. 20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days. Company Pension.
