About the Role

Seeking a proactive, results‑driven Account Manager to support and grow client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to overall sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management (50%)
    • Act as point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Maintain proactive, regular communication regarding service updates, renewals, billing, invoicing, and delivery.
    • Monitor account activity and respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate with consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Address delivery delays or service issues, resolving efficiently with relevant teams.
    • Update CRM system and keep accurate records of interactions.
    • Create and send quotes via CRM system and follow up for purchase orders or email confirmations.
    • Coordinate with Finance team for timely invoicing.
  • Business Development (40%)
    • Identify potential clients and emerging opportunities for cybersecurity services in healthcare, defence, and finance sectors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other industry tools.
    • Develop new relationships using email, phone, online, and in‑person meetings.
    • Bring relevant technical expertise to business development calls.
    • Develop pre‑sales presentations using existing templates.
  • Management Support (10%)
    • Assist Operations Director in executing strategic sales and pricing plans.
    • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and forecasts for management review.
    • Contribute to team meetings with insights, data, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
    • Support marketing initiatives including promoting social media content, newsletters, and website visits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer‑facing role, preferably in IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
