Account Manager

About the Role
Seeking a proactive, results‑driven Account Manager to support and grow client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to overall sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management (50%)
- Act as point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain proactive, regular communication regarding service updates, renewals, billing, invoicing, and delivery.
- Monitor account activity and respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address delivery delays or service issues, resolving efficiently with relevant teams.
- Update CRM system and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Create and send quotes via CRM system and follow up for purchase orders or email confirmations.
- Coordinate with Finance team for timely invoicing.
- Business Development (40%)
- Identify potential clients and emerging opportunities for cybersecurity services in healthcare, defence, and finance sectors using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other industry tools.
- Develop new relationships using email, phone, online, and in‑person meetings.
- Bring relevant technical expertise to business development calls.
- Develop pre‑sales presentations using existing templates.
- Management Support (10%)
- Assist Operations Director in executing strategic sales and pricing plans.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Contribute to team meetings with insights, data, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Support marketing initiatives including promoting social media content, newsletters, and website visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer‑facing role, preferably in IT services.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
