Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group. We are an innovative company rapidly expanding our services to all of the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.

We're looking for a driven Partnership Executive to grow and manage our network of pharmaceutical industry partners. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management and business development: you'll nurture existing partnerships to maximise their value, while actively identifying and closing new partnership, client, and lead opportunities. You will be selling our services — not a physical product — so a consultative, relationship-first sales approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners and clinics, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of engagement.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new clients, partners, and business leads within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong professional network.
  • Collaborate and contribute to our pharma association and seek alliances to convey our positions and messages.
  • Track pipeline, partnership performance, and market opportunities, reporting regularly to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and delivery.
  • Stay current on pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • Mastery in communication and influencing.
  • High degree of integrity and diplomacy.
  • Ability to provide clear strategic directions and to oversee the execution of Government affairs activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand individual needs and motivation, and interact with decision makers.
  • Innovative mindset and drive.
  • Results driven.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industry.
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the MHRA and healthcare/procurement frameworks such as the NHS, as well as UAE regulatory authorities and regional distribution models.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-market, cross-border partnership structures and build trust with stakeholders operating under different regulatory systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.

At SIBIE Ltd, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be joining a growing company that's at the forefront of healthcare innovation, with the chance to contribute to exciting projects that are transforming patient care.
