Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Social Media Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of social media management experience (preferably in healthcare), strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the latest social media trends. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage customers by creating and managing compelling content, fostering community engagement, and analysing performance metrics to optimise strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and manage content calendars, including social campaigns, podcasts, events, and community initiatives.
  • Produce and publish high-quality, compliant content across social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, brand ambassadors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform developments, and healthcare industry regulations.

Desirable

  • Experience working across UK, EU, and US markets.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices.
