Role Overview

As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Telephone and Email Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member and providing information where appropriate.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing correspondence, and manage deliveries.
  • Data Protection and Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality with patient and company information.

Requirements
