We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day HR operations at our headquarters in the UK (primary), the Netherlands, Dubai and USA. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and supporting our rapidly expanding team as Rightangled continues to grow and innovate in the healthcare sector.

As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our employee experience by overseeing essential HR functions, including attendance tracking, performance management, employee relations, contract management and other general HR functions. You’ll also work closely with the leadership team to support our organisational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure that our HR practices align with our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage and improve HR processes, including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with all UK and EU employment laws and regulatory standards, updating policies and procedures as needed.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Help our Talent Acquisition Executive with some of the recruitment processes for open positions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. Develop and implement a seamless onboarding experience that engages and prepares new hires for success and gain high retention rates throughout the company.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, performance issues, and workplace matters. Foster a supportive environment where employees feel heard and valued.
  • Performance Management & Development: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and goal-setting. Help identify development opportunities to promote growth and ensure each team member has the tools they need to excel.
  • Culture & Engagement: Contribute to building a cohesive, inclusive, and positive work culture. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote wellbeing, and recognise outstanding contributions.
  • Data-Driven HR Strategy: Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, employee satisfaction and retention metrics) to identify trends and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven HR Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment and minimum CIPD Level 5.
  • Knowledge of UK and EU Employment Laws: In-depth understanding of UK or EU employment regulations, with a proven ability to manage compliance and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Organisational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively and handle multiple tasks. Solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges with tact and efficiency.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive approach to managing change and a willingness to bring new ideas to the table, especially in areas like employee engagement and retention.
