We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of People to join our senior leadership team on-site in London, Hammersmith. As the HOP, you’ll drive Rightangled’s people strategy, aligning it with our rapid growth and ambition to lead in healthcare innovation. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our company culture, implement forward-thinking HR practices, and build a thriving workplace that champions employee wellbeing and professional development across our global operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the HOP will be a strategic partner, responsible for scaling our people operations, enhancing team engagement, and embedding best HR practices that reflect our core values. This is a pivotal role with the power to directly influence our business strategy and support our mission of transforming patient care.
Key Responsibilities- HR Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement an HR strategy that aligns with business growth and organisational goals, leading on initiatives in workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies are robust, fully compliant with UK and Netherlands employment legislation embedding best practices across the organisation.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Drive recruitment strategies that support the organisation’s unique needs and future expansion across our global pharmacies, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic resource planning.
- Cultural Integration: Facilitate smooth cultural integration for recently acquired teams and prepare frameworks for future acquisitions, fostering cohesion across diverse teams.
- Employee Wellbeing: Lead the health and wellbeing agenda, optimising existing programmes and championing new EVP initiatives to support a thriving and diverse workforce.
- Strategic Vision & Influence: Proven track record in crafting and implementing comprehensive HR frameworks that align with both growth and compliance objectives across multiple sites.
