Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group. We are an innovative company rapidly expanding our services to all of the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy within the pharmaceutical services space. This is a senior, target-carrying role: you'll own the full sales cycle for new business, build a strategic pipeline of clients and partners, and shape how we position and grow our service offering across markets. You will be selling services - not a physical product - so this role calls for strategic, consultative selling rather than transactional pitching.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organisations.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately against revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence.
- Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and identify priority markets and segments.
- Monitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and market trends to keep the company's positioning sharp.
- Report regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the MHRA and healthcare/procurement frameworks such as the NHS, as well as Dubai regulatory authorities (e.g., MOHAP, DHA, DOH) and regional distribution and commercialisation models.
- Demonstrated success navigating multi-market, cross-border sales - building trust and closing deals with stakeholders operating under different regulatory and commercial systems.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Proven experience selling services or solutions (rather than physical products), with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear client value.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience structuring and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
At Sibie Ltd, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a growing company that’s at the forefront of healthcare innovation, with the chance to contribute to exciting projects that are transforming patient care.
