Right2Work is seeking a committed Job Coach to join our Supported Internship team in Carlisle and surrounding areas in Cumberland. The role requires a driving license and access to a vehicle to travel between placements.
You will support young adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism with EHCP plans, helping them find suitable work placements. The first six weeks focus on classroom-based employability skills before transitioning to on-site job coaching.
