This varied role combines leadership, programme development and hands‑on delivery. About Future Choices
Future Choices is a personal development programme for adults with SEND, helping learners develop the confidence, independence and life skills needed to achieve their goals and play an active role in their communities. Through practical, real‑life learning experiences, we support wellbeing, community participation, employability, self‑advocacy and personal growth, enabling learners to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
About Alternative Provision
Our Alternative Provision will support young people with SEMH, SEND and other barriers to education through personalised learning and a Preparing for Adulthood approach, helping learners re‑engage, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
