Reports to: Programme Manager

Contract type: Fixed term until 31st August 2027

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday

Salary: Grade 6 - £26,650 - £28,821 (5% employer pension contribution, Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays)

Location: Contractually based from our Birmingham Office, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Regular travel to programmes in the West Midlands region and occasional travel to other areas, as required.

Key Objectives of the Job

  • Supporting high‑quality programme discovery / delivery.
  • Collaborate with the relevant Programme Manager and Director to:
    • Develop and maintain clear programme delivery plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
    • Monitor progress, update plans as needed, and address challenges proactively.
    • Ensure plans are regularly monitored and iterated effectively, timely processing of payments and invoices for programme delivery and that all programme expenses, purchase orders and invoices are up to date.
    • Proactively research, quality assure and compile internal and external reports.

Travel

This role will require significant local travel between schools and other agencies within Sandwell, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Birmingham areas depending on the successful candidate, and occasional travel to Right to Succeed’s offices. It is essential that the post-holder has access to a car or excellent transport systems in order to travel efficiently between locations.
