The Head of Property will provide strategic leadership across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring effective operations and service delivery. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leadership and Team
- Lead the Property team, including maintenance, procurement, fleet, furniture and administration.
- Champion organisational values, support staff development and foster a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
- Maximise the impact of Furnish Forward and collaborate to enhance services.
- Strategy and Delivery
- Develop and implement the Property Investment and Service Plan.
- Deliver efficient, high-quality, customer-focused maintenance services.
- Oversee maintenance programmes, property records and furniture logistics.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and standards.
- Oversee policies, procedures and landlord compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector and regulatory requirements.
