Right There is seeking a values-led Service Manager to lead a Highland-wide Intensive Family Support Service for young people aged 12–18 at risk of criminal exploitation or family breakdown. You will supervise staff, secure high-quality wraparound support, and guide partnership work with Social Work, Police and Education across Highland.
You will implement GIRFEC principles, ensure safeguarding, manage complex cases and drive continuous service improvement, including annual reviews and budgets.
