Right Search Recruitment is proud to be working closely with a respected care provider offering supported living services across the UK. We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to oversee one of the providers supported living services in Suffolk. Based at the Lowestoft facility, the Service Manager will be responsible for supporting up to 20 clients with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury (ABI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service delivery and manage the team in collaboration with the Area Service Manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
- Oversee service quality, financial performance, and manage budgets
- Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring flexibility in working hours
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service
- Previous experience of working in a CQC regulated environment
