RGN or RMN Qualified.
We are looking for a high calibre Home Manager with a minimum of two years of nursing home management experience and a passion for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents. Strong organisational and managerial skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities.
In return, we offer excellent support, supervision, and a remuneration package with a salary of £60,000 pa plus a substantial Performance Related Pay Scheme.
