Right Search are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Nursing Home based in Liverpool. The home specialises in providing high standards of person centred care to elderly residents and for some individuals with challenging behaviours. The service is a small size nursing home which shows off two large gardens at the front and rear of the building; surrounded by local parks with a breathtaking feeling of a unique rural surrounding.
THE ROLE
- As Care Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of quality care at the nursing home.
- Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
- You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance.
- You will set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
Successful candidate must:
- Be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Have experience in helping residents with different health needs.
- Have a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
- Have some understanding of budget management.
