This role seeks a qualified plumber with prison clearance for a new build project at HMP Channings Wood, involving various plumbing/pipefitter tasks primarily focused on screwed steel pipework, but also some crimped copper, drainage and sanitaryware. The position is long-term, expected to last at least six months, with potential for extension.
Plumber/Pipefitter must hold CSCS certification and the necessary security clearance can be done by client if available.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all forms of electrical work, mainly first and second fix.
- Work on a new building on HMP Channings Wood.
- Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
- Fully qualified plumber/pipefitter with CSCS certification.
- Security clearance (EL1, EL2, EL3, CTC, SC, eSC, DV), can be done by client if not held.
- Experience in electrical refurbishment projects.
Salary (Rate): Negotiable
