We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of this small, person-centred nursing home.

- On-call split with manager
- Supervision/appraisals
- Weekend availability
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance
- Good longevity in previous roles and a desire to grow within the organisation
- Clean DBS
