About the Role
We are seeking an NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client.
- To create and develop the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment.
- Responsibility for managing the client's expectations in a competitive environment.
- Developing ever-stronger client relationships.
- To take a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
- To oversee the complete management of projects, including site inspection, monitoring programme and addressing defects.
- To plan, control and deliver projects to a successful conclusion.
- To create a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome.
- To liaise with other members of the team to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service.
- To ensure that the Director has qualified information on the progress of each project on a regular basis.
- To gain the confidence of the client and become the focal point for communication.
