We are seeking an NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client.
- Creating and developing the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment.
- Responsibility for managing the client’s expectations in a competitive environment.
- Developing ever-stronger client relationships.
- Taking a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
- Overseeing the complete management of projects, including site inspection, monitoring programme and addressing defects.
- Planning, controlling and delivering projects to a successful conclusion.
- Creating a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome.
- Liaising with other members of the team to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service.
- Ensuring that the Director has qualified information on the progress of each project on a regular basis.
