We are seeking an NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client.
  • Creating and developing the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment.
  • Responsibility for managing the client’s expectations in a competitive environment.
  • Developing ever-stronger client relationships.
  • Taking a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
  • Overseeing the complete management of projects, including site inspection, monitoring programme and addressing defects.
  • Planning, controlling and delivering projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Creating a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome.
  • Liaising with other members of the team to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service.
  • Ensuring that the Director has qualified information on the progress of each project on a regular basis.
  • Gaining the confidence of the client and becoming the focal point for communication.
