About the Role:

Our client, a well-established and reputable Estate Agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new applicants, understand their requirements, and match them to suitable rental properties in the UK.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing regular feedback and advice.
  • Liaise with referencing companies and assist in the tenancy application process.
  • Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and company policies.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets (lettings, valuations, new instructions).

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Professional presentation and communication.
  • Good knowledge of the local rental market (desirable).
