About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and reputable Estate Agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register new applicants, understand their requirements, and match them to suitable rental properties in the UK.
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing regular feedback and advice.
- Liaise with referencing companies and assist in the tenancy application process.
- Ensure compliance with all lettings legislation and company policies.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets (lettings, valuations, new instructions).
Key Requirements:
