Position Summary:

The Accounts and Tenancy Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tenancy agreements, rental payments, and financial records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, accounting, or a similar field, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Administration:
    • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
    • Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

  • Accounts Management:
