Lettings Negotiators for multiple estate agency clients across the UK.

Whether you're looking to work remotely or from a high street branch, we have opportunities that match your experience and ambitions.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a pivotal role in securing tenancies, liaising with both landlords and tenants, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct viewings (in person or virtual) and provide feedback to landlords.

Register prospective tenants and match them with suitable properties.

Negotiate tenancy terms and secure offers on behalf of clients.

Carry out referencing, Right to Rent checks, and support the creation of tenancy agreements.

Maintain client relationships and assist with tenancy renewals.

Work closely with the property management team for handovers and move-ins.

About You

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a property-related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

Comfortable using CRM systems and property portals (e. g., Rightmove, Zoopla).

Full UK driving licence (for field-based roles).

ARLA qualification is a plus but not essential.
