Right Room is a fast-moving, independently owned lettings agency with offices in Kings Cross and Fareham, specialising in guaranteed rent, lease option, and standard let-and-manage. We operate a lean, high-output model so our negotiators can focus on what they do best, converting stock and building landlord relationships.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our established Fareham branch. You'll be joining an existing team with a branch manager on site, so you'll have the support, the portfolio, and the platform to hit the ground running and earn well from day one. This is a role for someone hungry, target-driven, and ready to make the most of a genuine earning opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and following up proactively
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Generating new instructions and contributing to branch growth
- Keeping CRM records and property portals up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
