We are a luxury short‑term rental company based in London, UK, managing high‑end flats across multiple booking platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Short‑Term Rental Pricing & Revenue Manager who will be responsible for optimizing pricing and maximizing occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands‑on experience in STR pricing and revenue management and is comfortable working with industry tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize pricing for all properties across booking platforms
- Monitor pricing performance within Guesty to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Monitor daily occupancy and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Analyze the market and compare pricing with similar properties in the area
- Track and evaluate promotion performance
- Maintain pricing and operational tracking using Google Sheets
- Assist with daily operations if required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Short‑Term Rental industry
- Strong experience using Guesty
- Experience managing STR pricing and revenue strategy
- Experience with Price Labs and/or Wheelhouse
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills for pricing and market comparison
- Excellent English communication with a clear and neutral accent
- Self‑sufficient, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently

- 6 days per week
- 6 hours per day
- Schedule: Morning or Midday shift (TBD)
