Job Description
The Deals Tax team works closely with the Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of all aspects
of transactions including; Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Estate, but
relationships extend far beyond transactions.
The Post Deals Services team βPDSβ is part of the Deals Team.
Itsβ purpose is to help clients manage and drive value post transaction by working collaboratively
across specialisms and help clients succeed at all stages of the deal life cycle. The business has a market
leading client base of some of the most active and dynamic investors and they pride themselves on the
strength of their network.
This is a client facing role. You will be expected to start managing UK corporate tax relationships with a
range of clients with complex tax situations from day one and will be encouraged and supported as you
build specialist sector and international skills. You will also develop the firms presence in the market place, as
well as build your reputation across the global network.
