Job Description\ N The Deals Tax team worksclosely with the Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of all aspects\ N of transactions including;
Mergers & Acquisition, Business Recovery Services and Real Estate, but\ N relationships extend farbeyond transactions.\ N \n The Post Deals Services team “PDS” is part of the Deals Team.\ N Its’ purpose is to help clients manage and drive value post transaction by working collaboratively\ N across specialisms and help clients succeed at all stages of the deal life cycle. The business has a market\ N leading client base of some of the most active and dynamic investors and they pride themselves on the\ N strength of their network.\ N \n This is aclient facing role. You will be expected to start managing UK corporate tax relationships with a\ N range of clients with complex tax situations from day one and will be encouraged and supported as you\ N build specialist sector and international skills. You will also develop the firms presence in the market place, as\ N well as build your reputation across the global network.\ N
