Lead and manage a substantial and complex client portfolio, assuming elevated levels of client responsibility and overseeing your team’s portfolios. Drive the achievement of ambitious revenue and profitability targets while further cultivating enduring client relationships. Inspire, mentor, and guide your team members through adept coaching, exceptional leadership, and professional development. Play an integral role in shaping and executing the firm’s strategic direction, steering its continued growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the preparation of periodic management accounts and annual statutory accounts for clients, providing strategic insights, best practice recommendations, and recommendations for partner review.
- Champion the growth and development of your team, serving as a mentor and providing daily support and guidance to foster their professional advancement.
- Operate seamlessly as both an independent contributor and a collaborative team player, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Play a pivotal role in resource management for business advisory engagements throughout the year, collaborating closely with Partners and fellow senior managers to optimize client outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate strategic planning and closing meetings, guiding accounting teams throughout the entire business advisory cycle.
- Participate in and contribute to departmental planning, performance appraisals, and the mentorship of junior team members, collaborating with senior management to support their continued growth and success.

Qualifications and Experience:
