We are supporting a growing, regional consultancy with the appointment of a Head of Finance to join their leadership team. About the Role

This is a newly-created, number one finance position, working closely with the leadership team. The Head of Finance will lead the finance function day-to-day, while playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across the firm. Key areas of focus will include:

  • Providing clear financial insight to support business strategy
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Driving profitability improvements and strengthening pricing approaches
  • Overseeing cashflow, working capital, and financial performance
  • Leading strategic initiatives, including investment in technology and AI

About the Candidate

We are looking for an experienced qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) ideally within a professional services environment. You will bring:

  • Experience supporting growth, profitability, and business transformation initiatives
