We’re partnering with a growing, multi-entity business to find a hands-on Credit Controller who can take ownership of the sales ledger and play a key role in protecting cashflow. This is initially a 2-month temporary assignment, but there’s a clear opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right person. The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the credit control function, ensuring debtor balances are tightly managed and cash is collected efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales ledger and credit control process end-to-end
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone, email, and written communication
  • Review aged debt reports, highlighting risks and recovery actions
  • Allocate incoming cash accurately and in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes, working cross-functionally
