Overview
Right On Mobile Plant Training Ltd provides on-site training across the South of the UK, with courses delivered by instructors who have direct industry experience. We are an accredited training provider offering courses recognised by BRITTOp and ITSSAR. Our service areas include Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.
Role Description
This role would suit either a full- or part-time Instructor, based in the Westcountry with some work-from-home flexibility. The Instructor will conduct on-site training sessions at various client locations, covering courses such as Forklift Training, Scissor Lift Training, and Overhead Crane Training. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering training materials, assessing trainee performance, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with relevant training standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Recognised instructor qualification through the ABA or BRITTOp.
- B1 Counterbalance Forklift certification as a bare minimum.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment operation and safety standards
- Experience in conducting training sessions and assessing trainee performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with training accreditation and certification processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions within the South of the UK
